About Us

Playback Studio was born from our love for storytelling and the belief that everyone deserves to have their memories captured.

Our journey started with wedding videography after a close friend asked me one day, “Why don’t you shoot weddings with me?” I picked up a camera, said yes, and eventually built a business around documenting people in love.

As much as we value professional videography, we also know it is not always in every couple’s budget. But the memories still deserve to be preserved.

That’s why we created Playback Studio.

We wanted to make something nostalgic, accessible, and easy for anyone to use. Our camcorders are meant to be passed between friends and family so the people closest to you can capture the moments no one else sees. Then we professionally edit everything into something timeless.

This project is deeply personal to us because when we got married in 2022, we didn’t have a videographer ourselves. Looking back, we wish we had a way to relive those little moments with the people we love most.

Some of the people celebrating with you on your wedding day may never all be in the same room again. That’s why preserving those memories matters so much to us.

THE DROP

Once you book, we prep your Playback Studio kit and send it your way. It arrives ready to use, packed with everything you need, no setup required. Think of it as your camera showing up early.

PRESS RECORD

The camcorder lives with you during your celebration. Friends grab it, moments unfold, voices get captured, memories happen naturally. No shot list to stress over. No rules. Just pass it along and let it roll.

SEND IT BACK

When the weekend wraps, place everything back in the original box and send it back using the prepaid label. Quick drop-off. Done.

THE PLAYBACK

Once we receive the kit, we take it from there. Your footage is carefully curated into a short highlight film, with all raw footage delivered alongside it. Real moments. Real sound. Made to replay.
